Obituary of Jack David Lipp

Jack David Lipp, 19, of Libertyville, passed away Dec. 25, 2014 at the University of Mo. Health Care Ctr. as a result of injuries received in an accident. Jack was born in Lake Forest Hospital and was a graduate of Libertyville High School where he participated in basketball and golf. Jack had just completed his first semester at the University of Missouri. Survivors include his parents John and Stephanie (nee Schade) Lipp; his grandparents Sue (the late Ellis) Lipp and Daniel and Jean Schade; his uncle David Lipp; his aunts Susan (Joe) Hogan and Diane (David) Roche; his great-uncle Tom Lipp; his cousins Michael Hogan, Jennifer Hogan, Tyler (Erika) Lempa, Tawni (Tony) Barbanente and Taryn Lempa. Jack was preceded in death by his uncle Marty Schade, and grandfather Ellis Lipp. Family funeral services will be 3:00 pm Monday Dec. 29 at McMurrough Funeral Chapel, 101 Park Place, (Rt. 176, 1 block East of Milwaukee Ave) Libertyville. Public visitation will follow from 4 – 8 pm at the funeral chapel. In honor of his grandfather Ellis Lipp and his uncle Marty Schade, memorial donations, in lieu of flowers, made to the American Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
