Obituary of Francis J. Deppe

Francis “Frank” Deppe, 93, of Saddlebrook Farms, passed away Nov. 2,2016. Frank had served with the US Marine Corps from 1942-1945 serving for a time at Pearl Harbor. He was a member of St. Mary of Vernon Seniors Club, enjoyed poker with his friends and was an avid Chicago Cubs fan.
He is survived by his wife Frances “Fran” nee Riley of 73 years of marriage; his children Mary D. (Fred) Hershberger, Riesa L. Deppe and John (CeeCee) Deppe; his grandchildren Kelly (Doug) Gray, Kerrie Sullivan, Jason (Rhonda) Fitzgerald, Tiffany Hoerning, Brian(Michelle) Sutter, Shannon (Michael) Dooley, Ryan (Whitney) Deppe and Dawn (Scott) Berdka along with numerous Great and Great-Great grandchildren.
Funeral Mass 11:30AM Friday Nov.4 at St. Mary of Vernon Catholic Church, 236 Rt. 45, Indian Creek, IL with visitation at Church one hour prior to the Mass. Interment Ascension Cem.
