Obituary of Edward Zarow
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Edward Zarow, who was called to the gates of heaven on February 22, 2025. Born in Wadowice, Poland, on October 13, 1950, Edward had fond memories of his childhood and family. His parents instilled within their children a hard work ethic, integrity, and the importance of education, which Edward took to heart and exemplified throughout his life.
Edward studied metallurgy and blacksmithing in a technical school in Wadowice. After these studies, he served in the Polish Army. Shortly upon his arrival in the United States in 1975, he began working for Charles E. Larson & Sons, his second family. Within a few months he became the supervisor of the heat treat department when he demonstrated his knowledge and work ethic. 2025 marks 50 years with Larson. The company was very supportive and good to Edward and our family throughout the years, to which we are eternally grateful.
Edward married Mary, the love of his life in 1975. They had two children, Monika and Daniel. Edward took his role of provider and protector of his family very seriously. He always supported his children in achieving their goals. Edward was very proud of his children throughout his life, happy knowing that his son and daughter used their education and lead successful lives.
Edward was a devoted husband to Mary for nearly 50 years, and a loving father to Monika Messick, Daniel (Dominique) Zarow, and grandfather to Alexis and Bryce. Edward’s new journey has started, but he will be reunited with his father, mother, and his youngest brother (Tadeusz, Bronia, and Wladek). Edward is now at peace and can rest after a life well-lived. We love and cherish you Edward, may you live on forever in our hearts.
