Mary E. Peterson, nee Shelton, 94, of Libertyville, formerly of St. Louis, MO passed away January 20, 2016 at Advocate Condell Med. Ctr. Libertyville.
Mary is survived by husband Harold A. Peterson of 62 years of marriage; her daughter Leslie Peterson Botts; her grandchildren Alexander and Victoria and her sister Margaret Flood.
Private services were at McMurrough Funeral Chapel, Libertyville with Fr. Naht Le Associate Pastor of St. Joseph Church officiating. Interment at Bellefontaine Cemetery in the Shelton family plot, St. Louis, MO. Memorial donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, www.stjude.org, would be greatly appreciated.
