Edelmira Biondi, nee Valdez, 95, of Libertyville, passed away May 31st, 2016 at Advocate Condell Med. Ctr. Libertyville. Mrs. Biondi was born in Cuero, Texas and had been a Libertyville resident since 1955. She was a proficient gardener and was extremely proud and supportive of her family.
Survivors include her children Susie Fiala, Dawnell (Robert) Wachta, Virginia Biondi, John Biondi and Patricia Biondi, her two brothers Aczael and Arnulfo Valdez along with several grand and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Elis in 2000. Private family funeral services were held Saturday June 4th at McMurrough Funeral Chapel, Libertyville. Internment followed at Ascension Cemetery Libertyville.
