My sincere condolences, to all of Jan’s family and friends, for the loss of an amazing person. I had the pleasure of working with Jan and her team (at NorthShore) for over 12 years. She was such a kind, thoughtful and inspiring person, who always saw the good in people. I was lucky enough to play golf with Jan many times, it was always a blast, filled with many laughs. Jan has left an amazing mark on my life, and she will be missed/thought of often….undoubtedly, for the remainder of my life. Sincerely, Justin Bell

My deepest condolences for the passing of Jan. We were colleagues for nearly 20 years at NorthShore University HealthSystem ( now Endeavor Health). Jan was my head of Compensation and Benefits- and was one of the most savy and insightful leaders on my staff. She was thorough and a deep thinker regarding the management of her responsibilities. Above all- she was a trusted and caring person that strove to provide the best for her staff and the employees of NorthShore. She had a big heart for everyone, and never a negative thought- she loved talking about her dogs and her beloved Jeep that people would admire in the Corporate Office parking lot.
I loved to hear her laugh as she maintained a good sense of humor.
We both retired approximately the same time- and I cherished our working years together. She was a good leader and person, may she rest in peace, regards, Bill Luehrs.
