Ellis L. Peterson, 75, of Lincolnshire, US Army veteran, passed away Nov. 28, 2014. He was the beloved husband of 49 years to Diane (nee Dempsey) Peterson; the loving father of Edward (Elaine) and Robert; the proud grandfather of Declan, Dylan, Alena and Aidan and the cherished son of the late George and Helen (nee Zeidler) Peterson.
Funeral Mass 10 am Thursday Dec. 4 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 121 E Maple Ave, Libertyville. Interment Vernon Cemetery, Lincolnshire. Visitation Wed. Dec 3 from 4 – 8 pm at McMurrough Funeral Chapel, 101 Park Place (Rt. 176, 1 Blk E. of Milwaukee Ave) Libertyville. Memorial donations made to the Vernon Twp.
