Pauline Petric of Mequon, WI passed away peacefully on Monday December 15, 2014 at the Elizabeth Residence in Bayside, Wisconsin. Pauline was born in North Chicago, IL on January 4, 1913, to the late Frank and Mary (Suhadolnik) Petric.
Pauline spent much of her life in North Chicago and was a long time member of the former Mother of God Church in Waukegan, IL. She worked for Illinois Bell Telephone and became one of the highest ranking women in her 39 year career. Pauline enjoyed her later years with her sister Frances and was a devoted member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Libertyville, IL. Very gifted in the art of crocheting, she provided countless gifts which will be warmly rememberrd by friends and relatives. Always willing to provide a helping hand to others in need, Pauline will be remembered for her unending kindness and generosity.
Pauline is survived by sister-in-law Frances (Musick) Petric, nephew Matt (Patricia) Slana; niece Carol (Andy) Andrejasich; niece Mary Alice (Tom) Hope; niece Rosemary (Tom) Standish; nephew Jim (Karen) Petric; niece Janet (Jim) Spoerke; and nephew Gary (Debbie) Petric. She was preceded in death by her three sisters, Frances (Slana), Mary and Angela Petric; and brother Frank Petric.
Funeral Mass 9:30 am Sat. Dec. 20 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 121 E Maple Ave, Libertyville with a visitation at the church 15 minutes prior to Mass. Interment Ascension Cemetery.
