James A. Chilcutt, Jr. of Libertyville, IL passed away after a long and courageous battle with cancer on March 20, 2015. Loving husband of Bridgette; devoted father to son, Hayden and daughter, Anna; parents Ruthann Chilcutt, James Chilcutt, Sr. and is also survived by his brother Dan Chilcutt. Born January 29, 1970 in Oak Park, IL, he grew up in Lombard, IL and graduated from Montini Catholic High School and University of Illinois-Chicago. Jim was known for his love and commitment to his children, family and friends. He enjoyed collecting artwork, photography, music and cars. His spent his career as a graphic designer.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday March 24, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at McMurrough Funeral Chapel, 101 Park Place, (Rt 176, 1 Block East of Milwaukee Ave) Libertyville, IL. Funeral Mass 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 25 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 121 E. Maple Avenue, Libertyville, IL with visitation at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass. A lunch reception will be held after Mass in the Koenig Center.
