Obituary of Patrick Clement Wade
Patrick Clement Wade, 63, of Grayslake, passed away February 16, 2018 at Advocate Condell Medical Center. Patrick was born September 23, 1954 to William S. Wade Sr. and Wanda (nee Strong) Wade in Evanston, IL.
Patrick is survived by his loving wife Janet (nee Steele) of 16 years; his dear siblings William S. Wade Jr., Tracey (Morrison) Wade-Waud, Margaret Mary Wade and Mary (Bradley) Wade Kiscaden. Patrick is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Jane Wade-Paulin.
Funeral Mass 10:00 am Monday February 19th at St. Mary of Vernon Catholic Church, 236 US Hwy 45, Indian Creek. Visitation will be Sunday Feb 18th from 3:00 – 8:00 pm at McMurrough Funeral Chapel, 101 Park Pl, (Rt 176, 1 Blk East of Milwaukee Ave) Libertyville and Monday at church 30 minutes prior to Mass. Private interment.
