Of all of the years of love and time we shared, some of my most treasured memories with Patty, are just sitting in the little porch watching the squirrels and birds in the trees outside.
She had this way of seeing these tiny beautiful details in the most ordinary of things, and in turn allowed me to see how extraordinary life can be.
Those simple moments we spent, just observing and expressing gratitude, are etched into my heart. I think of her every time I look up at the trees or stop to observe a little creature, and it brings me peace and calm remembering all of the love we shared.
All of my love to this beautiful family. I light a candle for her every evening and will carry her and all of you in my heart forever. Thank you for sharing her with me, and for all of the time we had together. ❤️
