Monica M. Hanson, 94, of Libertyville, passed away Feb. 1, 2021. She was a 49-year resident of Libertyville and member of St. Joseph Parish. Monica was the loving mother of Mary Pat (James) Wisner, Barbara (Hal) Anderson, Jean (James) Benso, Kathy (Art) Smuck, and John Hanson; the proud grandmother of 19; dearest great-grandmother of 14. Monica was preceded in death by her devoted husband Thomas L. Hanson of 68 years and her son Thomas A. (Mariana) Hanson
For the purpose of public safety, a private Funeral Mass was held at St. Joseph Church, Libertyville with interment at Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville.
