Obituary of Dorothy P. Hogan

Dorothy P. Hogan, 98, lifelong Chicagoland resident, passed away peacefully June 16, 2021 surrounded by her family. Dorothy is remembered for her great sense of humor, her quick wit and ruthless card playing skills. She happily dedicated her life to her family. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and friend, a person everyone enjoyed being in her company and she will be dearly missed.

Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband Martin Jr; her daughter Denise P Garvey and her sister Mary Jane Borchert. Dorothy is survived by her loving daughter Michele (Lawrence) Weinstein, son Michael (Michele) Hogan and son-in-law Edward Garvey; her cherished grandchildren David (Laura), Catherine (Tom), Matthew (Sergio), Michael and Elizabeth (Andy) & Marik (Kirk) and Katherine & Meaghan, Caitlin (Nina) and Sarah (Melanie); and her 4 much loved great-grandchildren.
