Having worked with Rich for a short time, it was obvious he was a very well liked and respected man amongst his family and colleagues. He always had a smile to share with everyone. He always asked if everything was going ok... to which I always answered, everything is great. I will miss his visits to the office and I hope his golf game is great in Heaven! May the Galla family take comfort in their very fond memories and support of all friends near and far.
