Bill was my first friend in the Joint Computer Center (JCC) in 1989. We enjoyed playing each other in racquetball. A special memory is when Barbara, and I needed a place to live while our house was being completed. He and his wife, Carol, graciously offered their Ingelwood house to us to use during that period. That was a godsend. Then, there was our aborted (Show Cancelled) trip to Milwaukee to see Gloria Estefan in concert. We had some memorable times! Ron & Barbara Kroeger

We are so sad to find out that yesterday our good friend, Bill Armstrong, passed away. This is a photo of Bill, Carol, Laurel and me from 2011 when we traveled to the Big Island. Bill loved to snorkel. I recall Bill and I returning from snorkeling at Keauhou Bay while the girls were having cocktails at the Sheraton. We ziplined too. Bill will be missed.
