My sincere condolences to all of my Penn Cousins. I hold deep respect for your father who was Dr. Ted to me. His patience and kindness are traits I witnessed visiting your home as a teenager, and tried to emulate as an adult. Your father always looked very distinguished. I even own a brown plaid wool sport coat that always reminds me of one I saw him wear during the Penn New Year's Day gatherings. My thoughts are with all of you. --Jerome

Cousin Ted was a wonderful man. It always seemed he had all the time in the world to have a nice conversation. He never forgot to inquire about my mother and what was going on in mine and my siblings' lives. Every member of Farr family deeply admired Ted. He will be greatly missed.

Deepest condolences to Michael and the family. It was a pleasure to have the opportunity to see Dr. Penn when he would come to the doctor's office. I was saddened to hear of his passing. I moved from the area, but would ask often how he was doing. May God bless and strengthen you at your time of bereavement. Such a blessing to have lived such a long wonderful life.
