I’d like to take this opportunity to offer my condolences and share my thanks to all of the Smith family members who have provided excellent dental care to me and my Troutman and Lupo families over many decades. We became your patients when my father delivered your office mail. As a child, I enjoyed studying the faces of Dr. Ron and Dr. Don as I sat in the dental chair, wondering if I could guess which brother was providing the care. What a great distraction for a child who had work to be done! Over the years, my check-ups became check-ins as the docs, and their wives as receptionists, asked for updates on my parents who retired and moved away. Dr. Tina stepped in and continued to provide care to me, my husband and daughter as Dr. Don retired and Dr. Ron worked fewer hours. I remember the last time I saw him that he commented “We’ve been friends for a long time.” In a nutshell, that is it. I believe that he and his family treat patients as their friends. To Mary Ann, Tina, and your entire family......my deepest sympathy to you at this sad time. Dr. Ron was our dentist for many years until he retired. He always had a smile on his face and made patients feel comfortable immediately. We knew we were in good hands because he was an excellent dentist and such a nice person. May he rest in peace, and may your many memories of him bring you comfort.

So sorry to hear the passing of Ronald. He was my dentist since moving to Arlington Heights from Green Bay at the age of 10. When Ronald retired, Tina took care of my dental needs to this day. Rest In Peace and prayers to the Smith family.

I am a long time friend of his daughter, Cindy and my three son were patients for many years. He was a kind and wonderful man and I was always welcomed at their beautiful home. We are so sorry for your loss family and friends. I will always remember him fondly.
