Obituary of William R. Roderick
William R. Roderick, of Libertyville, IL, passed away peacefully February 13, 2023, at the age of 89.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy P. Roderick nee Paetel. He is preceded in death by his parents William and June Roderick. William earned his PhD from The University of Chicago. In addition to ten years in medicinal research, Dr. Roderick taught at the University of Florida and Roosevelt University.
A Memorial Service for William will be held at 2PM on March 31st, 2023 at First Presbyterian Church of Libertyville, 219 W. Maple Ave., Libertyville, IL, 60048. Interment held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105, would be greatly appreciated.
