Obituary of Pamela J. Wagner
Pamela J. Wagner, of Libertyville, IL, passed away peacefully April 2 2023, at the age of 74.
Pam is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Ronald Wagner; children: Jason (Sally) Wagner, Aaron Wagner, and Jill (Jeff) Herrin; granddaughter Anna Wagner, and sisters: Laurie (Larry) Huber, and Susan (Keith) Ravenscroft. She is preceded in death by her parents Richard and Marie Berthiaume.
Pam attended the University of Minnesota, where she met her husband, Ronald. Together they raised their three children in Libertyville. Pam had many hobbies and interests, including sewing, where she used her skills to make dolls clothes and Christmas ornaments. She also enjoyed playing bridge with her friends several times a week. Pam loved to travel and had visited many destinations around the world, including Mexico, Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, and various U.S. cities. Pam will be remembered for her friendly and outgoing spirit, being the first on the dancefloor and the last one to leave. Her strong faith was evident throughout her life. She was an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Libertyville, where she served as an EOM and President of the Women’s Guild.
Visitation for Pamela will take place Wednesday, April 12, 2023 from 4p.m.-8p.m. at McMurrough Chapel, 101 Park Place, Libertyville, IL, 60048. Funeral Mass Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 10:30 a.m., at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 121 E. Maple Avenue, Libertyville, IL 60048. Interment Lakeside Cemetery.
