Obituary of Rosalyn L. Lagedrost

Rosalyn Louise Lagedrost, of Mundelein, passed away peacefully April 11, 2023, at the age of 97. Born September 8, 1925 in Hamilton, Ohio, Rosalyn had been a resident of Mundelein since 1991.

She is survived by her children: John G. (Sandra Sojka) Lagedrost of Hinsdale, Joan Lagedrost of Grayslake, and Lisa Lagedrost of Elgin; and grandchildren: Sarah, John, and Julia. She is preceded in death by her husband John F. Lagedrost, brother Mark Clendenin, and granddaughter Joanna.

Rosalyn was an avid reader, a devoted cook and loved dogs. Most importantly, she enjoyed being surrounded by her family.

Funeral Mass for Rosalyn will be held at 10:30a.m April 17, 2023, at St. Mary of Vernon Catholic Church, 236 US Highway 45, Indian Creek, IL, 60061, where there will be a Visitation one hour prior to Mass.
