I met Gail in Europe and she spent a month with me in Denmark. After moving to the back to the US we met again and were together many times. I loved her very much but we were not meant for each other or we would have been together. She was a wonderful woman. After her Husband passed I tried to contact her but did not succeed and I regret that. May she rest in peace. I am crying right now.

I became acquainted with Gail while serving as pastor to her parents at North Park Covenant Church, Chicago. Over the years we “stayed in touch” by occasional phone calls. Her spirit was always engaging and caring, asking about my family, reflecting on her life experiences in Chicago and sharing memories of her parents and family. Her loss of husband Don was an immense grief but was sustained by friends and family, besides being “the flower lady” at her residence appreciated by so many. No conversation ended without an expression of gratitude for our friendship. And, life with her cat kept things interesting!
Peace to her memory.
Rev. Doug Johnson

Gail’s older brother Rod was my closest friend as I was growing up, so I knew Gail well. She was a very sweet young woman and fun to be around. I will miss her even though I haven’t seen her much over the years. I’m sad that Brad and Curt have lost another sibling. Russ Killion
