Growing up in Libertyville, Jayson was active in sports, playing Little League baseball on teams often coached by his father and soccer with the Greater Libertyville Soccer Association. Jayson was known for his humor and his ability to light up any room.

An avid sports enthusiast, Jayson was passionate about fantasy football and looked forward to spending draft day in Bemidji, MN. He was a fervent supporter of Chicago sports teams and his passion for sports was more than just a pastime; it was a way of connecting with friends and family, sharing moments of joy and disappointment alike.
For the past 10 years he lived with his parents and cherished his time with them. He was their primary caregiver the last few years as their health declined and his mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.
