Marion Post (nee Arquette), 87, of Libertyville, born 1926 in Chicago passed away December 19 at Advocate Condell Libertyville. Marion was a Libertyville resident since 1952. She was a member of St. Joseph Church, active with the Guild of the Blessed Virgin and the Mother Mary Rosary Makers. Marion was generous with her time volunteering at Condell Medical for over 30 years and was a Kolbe Corps Volunteer at Marytown. She enjoyed playing golf with the Riverside Golf League for over 20 years and was active in the Libertyville Senior Center exercise class. Marion is survived by her husband Charles; children Dianne Granucci, Michael Post and Robert (Maureen) Post; grandchildren Kristen Literski, Josh Post and Katie Granucci; great-grandchildren Mason and Charlie. She was preceded in death by her mother Margaret Arquette and brother Harold. Visitation will be held Monday December 23nd from 3-7 pm at the McMurrough Funeral Chapel, 101 Park Place, Libertyville (Rt. 176, 1 Block East of Milwaukee Ave.) with a funeral service at 7 pm at the funeral chapel.
