Mary Lynn Hale nee Drecoll passed away Sunday Jan 12, 2014 at her home in Grayslake. Lynn was born in Libertyville in 1943 and was a graduate of the class of 1961 of Libertyville High School.
Throughout her life, Lynn always had a keen sense of style. She was an accomplished artist, an avid gardener, a great cook and a skilled bridge and euchre player.
She is survived by her sons Bret (Nancy) Hale and Jason (Tanya) Hale; her grandchildren Hillary, Griffin, Hailey, Emery and Colby; and her brothers Greg (Karen) Drecoll, Tim (Sue) Drecoll, Cam (Joan) Drecoll and Steve (Pat) Drecoll; many nieces, nephews and many great and close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Al and Ida (nee Dugan) Drecoll.
Funeral services will be 3:00pm Sat. Jan 18 at McMurrough Funeral Chapel, 101 Park Place, Libertyville (Rt 176, 1 block East of Rt 21) where her family will receive friends from 1:00pm Sat. until the time of service.
