Obituary of Joseph Parrino

Joseph A. Parrino, US Army vet, 80 of Libertyville passed away March 10, 2014 in Lake Forest, IL. He was born 1933 in Waukegan and had been a Libertyville resident since 1965. Mr. Parrino had retired from Civil Service at Great Lakes Naval Station following 50 years of service. Joe was an avid gardener and a proficient cook.
He is survived by his beloved wife Lucille (nee Carnevale) of 58 years of marriage; his loving children Robert (Marie Cris) Parrino, Jacqueline (Tom) Babich and Lynn Parrino; Joe was the proud grandfather of Cassandra Parrino.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 am Friday March 14 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 121 East Maple Ave, Libertyville. Interment Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville. Visitation will be held Thursday from 4 - 8 pm at McMurrough Funeral Chapel, 101 Park Place, Libertyville (Rt 176, 1 block East of Milwaukee Ave).
