Robert H. Pokorny, 73 of Libertyville died October 5, 2012 at Advocate Medical Center Libertyville. Robert was born June 20, 1939 in Highland Park, IL and was a life long Lake County resident.
He is survived by his daughter Juliann Pokorny, his son Richard (Melayna) Pokorny, his granddaughter Lillian and his sisters Evelyn Shaw and Jean Willen. Robert was preceded in death by his wife Virginia.
Private family funeral services were from McMurrough Funeral Chapel, Libertyville.
