Betty Weidner, 87, of Bristol, WI formerly of Lake Villa and Libertyville, IL passed away on March 8, 2017 at her home surrounded by her family. Betty "the family matriarch" had a caring heart and would selflessly give and give. She is remembered for her strength and has left a lasting impression on her children as a wonderful role model. She will be dearly missed but we are fortunate to have the time we spent together.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents; Walter Kyle and Edna Stouffer of Pennsylvania; her husband, William Weidner; and her sons, Jack and infant James.
She is survived by her 4 children, Steve (Marianne) Weidner of Silver City, NM; Adele (Neal) Cloud and Andy Weidner of Gurnee, IL; and Rebecca Faircloth of Trevor, WI; 10 grandchildren, Jeff (Keeley) Weidner, Julia (Mark) Fechtner; Bryan, David (Cheryl) Maiden, Dustin Cloud; Jeanne Mulford, Michael Weidner; Brandon Weidner; Eric (Ashley) and Rachel Faircloth; 22 great-grandchildren, Jaime, Blake, Payton, Lucas, Carter, Ashlyn, Billy; Alyssa, Haley, Madison, Jax; Darrin, Corey, Jake; Cassandra (Eric), Lindsey, Courtney, Autumn, Ashlynn; and Greyson; 8 great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and 1 brother, Jere (Debra) Stouffer of Chambersburg, PA.
The family would like to thank Hospice Alliance for their care and compassion.
