Obituary of Leona E. Ashe

Leona E. Ashe (nee Collins), 86, of Lindenhurst, a 50-year resident of Niles, Il and a six-year resident of Kentucky, passed away May 7, 2017 at Advocate Condell Medical Center. She and her husband had owned and operated several area restaurants and both enjoyed traveling. 

Leona is survived by her husband Billy Ashe of 66 years of marriage; her daughters Deborah (Dick) Duel and Kimberley (Richard) Kay; her grandchildren Michelle Morse, Cheryl (Dave) Maiden and Jennifer (Shawn) Lennes; and her great-grandchildren Alyssa Skibbe, Hayley Sica, Madison Frer, Cali Lennes, Jax Maiden and Holly Lennes. Leona was preceded in death by her son Steven (the late Sharon).
