Mary Jane Hoogheem, 78, a 4 year resident of Libertyville, passed away Dec. 12, 2017.  Mary had attended both St. Joseph Church of Libertyville and St. Mary of Vernon Catholic Church. She was active in the Centre Club of Libertyville and the Cook Library Book Club. She is survived by her children Thomas (Cary) Jackson, James (Marianne) Jackson and Anne (Tim) Martin, her grandchildren Hope, James, Griffin & Graham Jackson and Jackson & Britta Martin, her brother James (Eileen) Penny and her sister Elizabeth(Jim) McCabe. Mary was preceded in death by her son Daniel Jackson.

Donations  made to either JourneyCare Hospice, 2050 Claire Ct, Glenview, IL 60025 or Hope for the Silent Voices, 310 Forsythia Dr., Deerfield, IL 60015 would be greatly appreciated.

Mass 10AM Tues. Dec.19 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 121 E. Maple Libertyville. Interment Ascension Cemetery Libertyville. Visitation Monday Dec. 18 From 4-8PM at McMurrough Funeral Chapel,101 Park Place, (Rte. 176, 1 Block East of Milwaukee Ave) Libertyville. Funeral information (847) 362-2626.
