Obituary of Joyetta E. Coleman

Joyetta E. Coleman, of Vernon Hills, passed away on June 12, 2022, at the age of 76.

She was the loving wife of Donald Coleman for 54 years. She is survived by her children Scott (Lipton) and Cari Lynn, siblings Arthur (Paula) Essenpreis, Sharon Segovia, Gary Essenpreis, and Gerald (Ruth) Essenpreis. She was loving “Aunt Joey” to many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Marcella Essenpreis and her siblings Robert (the late Carole) Essenpreis and Ronald (Rita) Essenpreis. 

Joyetta enjoyed Bingo Night at Santa Maria and playing cards at family parties. She was an avid reader, enjoyed gardening, and loved Christmas time and gift giving. She was a happy, thoughtful, giving, and beautiful woman. 

Above all, she loved her family fiercely. She will always be known for her thoughtful gifts and always bringing the family together. She will be dearly missed. 

Funeral Services will be held on June 25, 2022, at McMurrough Funeral Chapel, 101 Park Place, Libertyville, IL 60048. Visitation from 10AM-12PM with a Service at Noon. Please sign her guestbook at www.libertyvillefuneralhome.com. For more information, please call (847) 362-2626.
