Rory James Lenihan, 70, passed away in his home on Monday, September 2nd, from heart failure. Rory was a previous resident of Libertyville and Wauconda, and a current resident of Mundelein.
He is survived by his four children, Amy Coliano, Patrick Lenihan, Michael Lenihan, and Katey Preston. He was grandfather to Sara, Andrew, and Ryan Coliano, Caitlyn, Charlie, Emily and Teague Lenihan, and Abigail and Cooper Preston.
Visitation will be Sunday, September 8 from 4 to 7:30 PM at McMurrough Funeral Chapel, 101 Park Place (Route 176, one block east of Milwaukee Ave.), Libertyville. Funeral Mass will be held 10AM Monday, September 9, at St. Mary of the Annunciation, Mundelein. Interment Lakeside Cemetery, Libertyville.
