Obituary of Guoxiong Jiang
Guoxiong Jiang, of Lake Bluff, IL, passed away peacefully December 17, 2022 at the age of 81.
He is lovingly remembered by his beloved wife Jinyun Jiang, daughter Qin Jiang, grandchildren Jason Zhao, Justin Zhao, and Ashley Jiang, siblings Guoping Jiang (from Nantong) and Chongying Jiang (from Nantong), brother-in-law Yuanmin Jiang and sister-in-law Weilai Li, nephews Wei Niu, Jun Jiang, Yue Jiang, and nieces Li Niu, and Ming Xu.
Born July 9, 1940 in Nantong Jiangsu, a famous modern city in China. Being incredibly smart, Guoxiong studied at Nantong Middle School with profound cultural background. In Summer of 1964, he graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology, where he then worked as a Senior Engineer in the Ministry of Public Security. He has been engaged in technical work all of his life, being loyal to his duties and strict with his work, all while treating people with kindness and generosity. Because of this, he received outstanding work performance awards, being commended by his superiors and managers.
