Obituary of George H. DuFour

George H. DuFour, 76, passed away April 21, 2018 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. He was born in Waukegan, Illinois to George C. DuFour and Grace (nee Johnson) DuFour.  Mr. DuFour was a micro-electronics engineer by trade, a highly skilled photographer, was an avid reader who frequented Barnes and Noble, enjoyed practicing the martial art of Judo and loved his Labrador mix, Zoey.

George is survived by his loving wife of 51 years of marriage; Mary Ann (nee Milazzo) DuFour; his dearest children Susan (Scott) Fairhead, Steve DuFour, Amy (Ted) Adkins and Wendy (Jassen) Moran.

George was the loving grandfather of Spencer and Kortnee Fairhead, Cole and Isabella Adkins and Justin and Katelynn Moran.

He was the dear brother of Nancy (Bernie) Wendler. 

Funeral Mass will be 10AM Thursday April 26th at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 121 E Maple Ave, Libertyville. Visitation will be held 4:00 - 8:00PM Wednesday April 25th at McMurrough Funeral Chapel, 101 Park Pl (Route 176, 1 Block East of Milwaukee Ave) Libertyville.
